In the beginning…

Most of my memories start from the age of about five years old. I can’t tell you where I was before that or who I lived with. My story begins with my move to Missouri. The summer before my kindergarten year, I flew out to Missouri to live with my mom and her new husband. I couldn’t tell you how long I had been living with someone other than my mom because at this point I don’t even remember who I lived with.
